How long does the sign up process take?

How do I know what forms are required?
Once you sign up you will have access to the Star Bay Realty checklists for various transactions. This will be in your member portal.
How do I submit my forms?
Everything can be submitted online through the member portal. If anything is missing you will receive a notification as to what additional forms are required.
How long does it take for me to receive my commission?
You can receive your commission at the closing!
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. See below for commission split. There is an additional $50 fee if the title company sends your commission to Star Bay instead of sending to you directly. We encourage our agents to fill out the commission disbursement form prior to closing to avoid the $50 fee.
There is an annual fee of $250 beginning one year after sign up. However this will be waived if at least 1 transaction is completed annually.

Where is your office located?
Our physical office is located at 11072 US Highway 41 S Gibsonton, FL 33534. Our virtual office allows our agents to work anywhere in the state of Florida.

What is Star Bay Realty's Commission Split?
You will receive 100% percent of your commission minus a $250 fee for every transaction, regardless of the type of transaction and the amount of commission. (Note: there is an initial $250 one time sign up fee. There is a minimum of 1 transaction per year. If the following calendar year there have been no transactions, there will be a $250 charge at the end of the year).
Is my errors and omissions insurance covered?
Yes. It is included with no additional charge.
Do I have to be a member of a Realtor board to join Star Bay Realty?
Yes, signing up is very easy.
